POLARKON successfully implemented a key application of its “Structural Health Monitoring System” at the “Izmir New Domestic Terminal” to collect and evaluate real-time and long-term data.
This service by POLARKON ensured the controlled and accurate removal (de-propping) of the temporary support legs used during the assembly of the single-layer roof construction.
The engineering study was presented on behalf of our company by Civil Engineer M.Sc. Ali Faik ULUSOY at the IASS 2025 International Symposium held in Zurich, and received great appreciation. As POLARKON, we are proud to represent Turkish engineering successfully at this prestigious organization with a 60-year history.
