Provision, transportation, labor and installation of all kinds of materials, tools and equipment related to the construction of 0.7 mm clamped aluminum roof covering were realized by POLARKON.

0.7 mm clamped aluminum roof covering is made by laying radially so that absolutely no horizontal stream is created on the roof cover. On the existing 60 cm spaced purlin system, 15 mm thick OSB Nr. 3 wooden boards were mounted with screws, forming a surface to make aclamped aluminum roof cover. First quality diffusion steam balancing cover is punched on OSB Nr.3 wooden boards, in 0.70 mm thickness and H-24 condition, made of 1/8 hard aluminum and the roof is covered with clamped aluminum bound to the roof surface with movable clips with mobile machines on the construction site without puncturing aluminum surfaces that were produced in one piece.

Roof system was completed with accessories produced at the construction site according to the project and its details. Accessories are manufactured to be clamped with roofing material and are mounted from the outside without screwing and drilling. Clamped aluminum and accessories is painted with 5 microns of lining and 20 microns of polyester and it has a layer of protective film on it.

CONSTRUCTION OF COMPOSITE DOWNSPOUT (15mm OSB + 1mm GALVANİZED SHEET METAL) supply, transportation, labor and installation and all kinds of materials, tools and equipment related to the construction of composite downspout were realized by POLARKON.

OSB plates to be used in the construction of composite roof troughs are 15 mm thick OSB-3 straight edge plates which are resistant to damp indoor and outdoor environments. It is protected during construction so as not to be directly exposed to water. The installation of the OSB is made so that the long edge is perpendicular to the supports, the short edges are coinciding with the supports.

3 mm expansion gap is left between the panels when placing OSB panels. Corrosion-resistant nails were used for the installation of plates to the construction. Before the application starts, the OSBs are left to dwell at the application location for 48 hours to adapt themselves. After the OSB coating is completed, galvanized sheet metal sheets with a thickness of 1mm are laid on it. It will be secured to gutter by bending at the gutter walls, these plates will be welded if horizontal. Corrosion resistant nails used for fixing the sheet metal were used sufficiently above these bending lines on the gutter wall and on the skirting part on the roof side.

The materials used are in accordance with TSE or international standards and the manufacturer companies have TSE qualification and ISO 9001 quality system certificates.

THERMAL INSULATION CONSTRUCTION WITH 8 CM EXTRUDED POLYSTRENE SHEET IN ROOF FLOOR All kinds of materials, tools and equipment were supplied, transported, worked out and assembled with thermal insulation in 8 cm extruded polystyrene sheet and roof slab by POLARKON. Slope concrete required by waterproofing was laid freely after the filter and waterproofing application is completed, after sealing and drainage tests are done with 8 cm thick, extruded polystyrene sheets on waterproofing which is with rabbet edges which is resistant to 300 kPa compression and has a thermal conductivity value λ of 0.027 W/mK after 90 days at 10°C, and aminimum density of 32-38 kg/m³, compling to TS 11989, along with heat insulating material.

5 CM THERMAL INSULATION OF ROOFING WITH EXTRUDED POLYSTYRENE SHEET All kinds of materials, tools and equipment regarding the thermal insulation of the roof slab with 5 cm extruded polystyrene sheet are supplied, transported, handled and assembled by POLARKON.
Slope concrete required by waterproofing was laid freely after the filter and waterproofing application is completed, after sealing and drainage tests are done with 8 cm thick, extruded polystyrene sheets on waterproofing which is with rabbet edges which is resistant to 300 kPa compression and has a thermal conductivity value λ of 0.027 W/mK after 90 days at 10°C, and aminimum density of 32-38 kg/m³, compling to TS 11989, along with heat insulating material.
